This is a URO brand Aluminum Thermostat Housing from an Early 2.7t engine. In 2001 they switched to a plastic housing that is known to crack or rot near the thermostat o-ring. So this is an excellent upgrade if your car is equipped with the plastic housing. This fits all 2.7t engines. OEM pn 078 121 121 J.
