INTRODUCING The JHM Max Clearance Snub Mount System for the C6-A6 3.0T!
One of the downsides to the C6-A6 3.0T vs the newer 3.0T platforms is that the C6 still uses a snub mount system, whereas the newer platforms have a redesigned motor mount solution that eliminates the need for a snub. Prior to the release of our MCSMS, people would need to grind down their factory snub bracket in order to fit larger crank pulleys and even then are only limited to the smaller of the crank pulley options such as our 179mm Overdrive Pulley. With our MCSMS, you can run a crank pulley as large as our 207mm OverDrive pulley which would allow people to achieve a 3.27 Pulley Ratio for optimal performance!

NOTE: It is highly recommended that your engine mounts are new or in good condition. Aged OEM Mounts tend to fail fairly quickly, especially with increased power levels over stock. If your mounts are failing we recommend ordering a pair of new ones. We have a couple of options available on our website
NOTE: Like the newer 3.0T platforms, Large Crank Pulleys will require clearancing of the unused original snub mount bracket mount hole. The MCSMS doesn’t use this mounting hole in order to maximize the available space to run a large crank pulley.
