This is a brand new single-mass flywheel conversion and clutch kit to upgrade your manual transmission B5 or B6 Audi or B5 Passat with the 1.8T motor. Purchase this kit if you would like to replace your failure prone, dual-mass flywheel with an upgraded, single-mass flywheel and brand new clutch disc with pressure plate.

This single-single mass flywheel conversion clutch kit is made by Valeo, an original equipment supplier for many OEM Audi and Volkswagen parts.

FITMENT: This upgraded clutch and single mass flywheel fits on the B5-A4 1.8T, B6-A4 1.8T, and B5 Passat 1.8T all with manual transmissions.

– 1x Upgraded, Single-mass flywheel
– 1x New pilot bearing (already pressed in)
– 6x OEM Flywheel to crank bolts
– 1x Pressure plate
– 1x Organic Clutch Disc
– 6x Pressure Plate to Flywheel Bolts
– 1x Throwout bearing
– 1x Clutch alignment tool

NOTE: Flywheel to Crankshaft bolts must be torqued to 45 ft lbs plus an additional 90 degrees. Pressure plate to flywheel bolts must be torqued to 18 ft lbs and JHM recommends the use of loctite as well.
