This is a new Nippon Denso A/C compressor with clutch for the B5 A4-S4, C5 A6-S6-RS6-allroad and D2 A8-S8 w 4.2l T-belt V8 or 2.8l-2.7t V6

NOTE: If your previous compressor failed internally, you MUST flush your system throroughly and replace your receiver drier prior to replacing. If any debris from your old compressor are found in the new compressor it WILL void the warranty. No Exceptions.
