Clutch Master Cylinder w/Clutch Safety Switch (OEM-SACHS) for B8 A4-A5-S4-S5

This is a brand new, SACHS-FTE clutch master cylinder and clutch safety switch for your manual transmission, B8 chassis Audi A4, A5, S4, or S5.

The boots on these cylinders that hold the rod in place often rip or tear due to heat or age. It is a good idea replace this unit on higher mileage cars during a clutch and/or flywheel replacement.

A common symptom with the B8 chassis is that over time the clutch switch can get worn, causing the driver to have to press the clutch pedal down harder than normal in order for the switch to make contact and allow the car to start. If your switch has failed, this OEM master cylinder is what you will need.
