Common cause of P1880 code and if bad enough it will disable power to your TCU (transmission computer) making it no longer communicate. You can also get Can bus codes due to the harness getting corroded inside over a long period of time. Check for fluid migration from the valve to the connector and cause harness damage. If no corrosion, replace the valve. If there is corrosion, repair all connectors and wiring affected, and also replace the faulty valve.
